This is my tenth year at IA-LEAP. I teach Environmental Science, Biology, Careers and Science Reading classes.   I have taught Medical Careers for St. Paul Connections for eight years. In addition to teaching, my biology experience includes working in a genetics laboratory and for an immunology company. My interests are spending time with my children, early childhood education, gardening, cooking and hiking.

Image Gallery: Our New Gardens
We made a vegetable and flower garden. We planted seeds early in the spring. We added a lot of compost to the soil. The soil had many rocks. We took out the rocks. Then we transplanted the small plants into the garden. The plants grew. We ate salad in June.
